LSI To Join Perspectives Online Course
LSI will be participating in a semi-online or hybrid version of Perspectives Course for the Philippines. This will begin on January 9 and end on May 5, 2012.
This is referred to as "semi-online" because although most of the discussion and interaction, video teaching and written work will be submitted or done on an on-line interactive website, there will also be five live face-to-face classroom meetings at LSI (more or less once a month).
Anyone living in or not too far from Butuan City can join the class at LSI. Those living in or not too far from Davao City, Cebu City or Metro Manila, can join the classes in those cities.
LSI held a two-week, live-in Perspectives course last August with students coming from the Philippines and from two Southeast Asian cities. Interesting group discussions took place during the class sessions as different cultures were represented during the course.
